In this episode, I look back on my very first triathlon: the Ironman 70.3 Kraichgau, which took place on May 26th. It was an extremely enriching experience, with incredible memories, and above all, the toughest race I've participated in so far. I go over the entire race, the preparations, and how I felt from start to finish. I hope this will motivate you!
