Return Policy

- You have 14 days from the date your order was shipped to return your purchase made on Baz Athletics.com.

- Items must be in perfect condition and not have been worn or washed.

- To obtain a return slip, please click on this link: Make a return.

- Once the product is received, we will refund or exchange it within 5 to 10 days.

- “Last chance” items are not refundable or exchangeable.

- Returns are FREE* (the second return request per order is charged to the customer) All returns in France are free.

All returns from Switzerland or other countries are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs and uncollected packages

Shipping costs charged when ordering are non -refundable , regardless of the nature of the return.

In the event of delivery to a relay point , if the customer does not collect their package within the allotted time and it is returned to us, the initial shipping costs will remain the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

The refund will only cover the amount of items returned and accepted by our after-sales service, in accordance with the conditions provided.
