Refund
We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange an item or request a refund.

- Products must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed)
Refund terms:
- Once the product is received, we will process the refund within 5 to 10 days.
- The refund will be made to the payment method used when paying for the order.
Shipping costs and uncollected packages
Shipping costs charged when ordering are non -refundable , regardless of the nature of the return.
In the event of delivery to a relay point , if the customer does not collect their package within the allotted time and it is returned to us, the initial shipping costs will remain the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
The refund will only cover the amount of items returned and accepted by our after-sales service, in accordance with the conditions provided.
